Ha Long Bay
A UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Gulf of Tonkin, Ha Long Bay stuns visitors with emerald-green waters, over 1,600 limestone islands and islets, mysterious caves, and secluded beaches. Located in Quang Ninh province, about 170 km from Hanoi, it is the centrepiece of a wider zone that includes Bai Tu Long Bay to the northeast and Lan Ha Bay to the southwest — all sharing the same dramatic karst seascape.
