3-Week Vietnam Itinerary: The Complete North to South Route

Three weeks is enough to travel Vietnam from top to bottom — from Hanoi and Sapa in the far north to the caves of Phong Nha, Hoi An lanterns, and Ho Chi Minh City energy. This itinerary was refined from a 28-day trip to balance exploration with realistic travel time.

Days 1-3: Hanoi

Days 10-12: Hue

Days 12-15: Hoi An
