Overview
Lung Khuy Cave is a 300-metre limestone cave near Quan Ba, opened to visitors in 2015. Stalactites and stalagmites in unusual formations fill the cave interior, illuminated by coloured lighting along a boardwalk path. It is the most accessible cave on the Ha Giang Loop and a worthwhile detour from the main QL4C route.

What to See
- Stalactite and stalagmite formations — unusual shapes including "curtain" formations and large columns
- Illuminated boardwalk — the 300-metre path through the cave is lit and railed
- Cave entrance approach — a 1.5 km trek through forested hillside to reach the entrance
Practical Information
- Entrance fee: 30,000 VND
- Location: Near Quan Ba town; ~45 km north of Ha Giang City
- Time needed: 1.5–2 hours including the approach hike
- Hike to entrance: ~1.5 km, moderately challenging; wear sturdy shoes
Tips
- Not worth a special trip but a good stop if staying in Quan Ba overnight
- Go early morning — guides at the ticket office are freshest and the walk is cooler
- Combine with Quan Ba Heaven Gate (nearby) for a complete Quan Ba half-day
