Overview
Built along the shallow mudflats off Bac Lieu's coast, this wind farm was one of Vietnam's first large-scale offshore wind energy projects, its rows of turbines rising directly out of the tidal flats. A concrete walkway extends out among several of the turbines, making it possible to walk out over the mudflats for photos, particularly striking at sunrise or sunset.
A popular stop for its stark, modern contrast to the surrounding delta scenery; check tide times, as some walkways can flood.
