Overview
Silver Waterfall (Thac Bac) drops around 200 metres through subtropical forest about 12 km from Sapa town, one of the more dramatic waterfalls easily reached by road. A path and viewing points run alongside the cascade, best appreciated when water flow is at its strongest.
Entry: around 2,000 VND. Best visited April-August, when the waterfall runs fullest.
