Coconut Kingdom (Ben Tre)

Ben Tre province is known across Vietnam as the country's "coconut kingdom," its riverbanks lined with dense coconut groves that supply everything from raw fruit to candy, rope, and handicrafts. Small workshops along the river demonstrate traditional coconut candy-making by hand, and rowboat rides thread through narrow coconut-shaded canals impossible to reach by road.
