Ma Pi Leng Pass

October is the Ma Pi Leng Pass at its most accessible and most rewarding. The rain has largely cleared, the canyon rim road is in good condition, and the morning drives are comfortable at temperatures that allow stopping at the viewpoints without the summer heat or the January cold.
