A 12-minute ride over pine forest and valleys, linking Robin Hill to Truc Lam Zen Monastery above Tuyen Lam Lake — one of the easiest ways to take in Da Lat's highland scenery.
Overview
The Da Lat cable car covers just over two kilometres between Robin Hill, near the city centre, and Truc Lam Zen Monastery above Tuyen Lam Lake. The 12-minute ride runs above pine forest and shallow valleys, giving panoramic views of the plateau that are hard to match on foot. It is as much a scenic ride as it is transport — most visitors take it one-way to the monastery and either walk back down through the forest or ride back.
